We specialize in retail banking and corporate office design. We assist clients in managing project participants, process, budget, and schedule from inception through project, completion, and occupancy. 

This includes:

• Developing project work scopes, schedules, budgets

• Cost-benefit studies

• Evaluating/selecting the project team

• Providing all necessary construction administration, furniture, consultants

Environmental
Branding

We develop and implement interior facility design solutions for our clients. Our interior services include space planning, selecting and specifying furnishings and finishes, preparing construction documents, and coordinating all project team services.

Our team has successfully completed many of corporate interior projects and retail refurbishment / restoration /rebranding initiatives.

Building Permit Expediting

We provide building permit expediting services, which include:

• Conducting research on zoning, codes, and planning
• Coordinating with plan reviewers, clients, and building officials
• Reviewing construction drawings and other documents to ensure that they follow city code requirements
• Analyzing proposed project materials to determine if they are acceptable according to jurisdiction requirements
• Meeting with city officials to complete pre-submittal reviews
• Filling and managing the applications
